The three interconnecting glacial lakes which make up Cassadaga Lakes are home to great fishing from pan fish to muskellunge. This is a nature lover?s paradise. Lucky individuals may get to see bald eagles, beavers, great horned owls, muskrats, mute swans, osprey, painted turtles or a nice fish swirling next to their boat.
Canoeing and kayaking are great fun in the calm waters of the Cassadaga Lakes. You may see fishermen, water skiers, tubers, and swimmers in the lake all at the same time. Whatever the sport you are participating in on the lakes, please come and enjoy and respect those that are on the lake with you.
The CLA hopes that you will join us for your water sport activities. Our commitment to educational programs, water safety, water quality testing, and weed control helps enhance this wonderful water environment. Please do your part to protect the lakes and keep them beautiful for generations to come.
Naturally yours,
Nancy Wickmark,
President CLA
